In this episode Will and I interview neurologist Stasha Gominak on the effects of vitamin D supplementation on sleep and the microbiome.
Stasha takes us through how she started as a neurologist and how she began her research. She then moves onto vitamin D and the impact it had on her patient’s sleep along with other aspects of their lives.
Interestingly, high levels of vitamin D supplementation can lead to deficiencies in other vitamins and nutrients, therefore it’s important to counteract these effects with appropriate protocols.
